Our chemical engineers treat every gold batch — densifying the grain structure through a four-stage process — so what enters your casting is already the finest alloy possible. XRF-tested, every batch.
ATOS Scanner Verification
Every finished piece is measured by the ATOS Scanner — a robotic-arm-mounted 3D system trusted by the finest watchmakers — against its original design. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

The ATOS Scanner is a 3D measurement system mounted on a robotic arm — the same instrument used by Swiss watch manufacturers to verify the dimensional accuracy of their movement components. At Zefire, we use it to measure every single finished piece against its original design. If a surface deviates beyond ±50–100 microns, the piece is reworked. It never ships out of specification.
