The ATOS Scanner is a 3D measurement system mounted on a robotic arm — the same instrument used by Swiss watch manufacturers to verify the dimensional accuracy of their movement components. At Zefire, we use it to measure every single finished piece against its original design. If a surface deviates beyond ±50–100 microns, the piece is reworked. It never ships out of specification.

Every collection and category at Zefire is available in 18kt, 22kt or 24kt. Yellow, white or rose gold. Any certified gemstone — diamond, sapphire, emerald, ruby, or your choice. The workshop can build it.
Every custom piece goes through the same process as our collections — casting simulation, ATOS Scanner verification, Certificate of Engineering. Custom does not mean compromised. At Zefire it means built exactly to your specification.

A brother and sister duo — Aditya with an MSc in Robotics Engineering from King's College London & Aditi with an MSc in Neuroscience from UCL — came home to India not to carry on the family business as it was, but to expand using the skills they learnt. Their biggest motivation and driving force — 'to create jewellery the same way a fine watch is created in Switzerland.' They brought the ATOS Scanner into a jewellery atelier, merged the different skills and technologies to create a new kind of jewellery production environment. They brought chemical engineers into gold casting. They built the first Indian fine jewellery house that treats precision as a specification, not a promise.
