Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email and text message to acknowledge receipt of your order. After processing, you will receive another email and text message confirming that your order has been dispatched. Our delivery partners will then ensure your jewelry is delivered promptly.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 6-7 business days, depending on the delivery location (pincode).
  • In case of any delivery issues, such as difficulty locating your address or unforeseen delays, our delivery partners may contact you directly.
  • We offer free shipping across India for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a nominal flat fee of Rs. 250 will apply.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text notification with the tracking number and the courier service handling your shipment.
  • You can track the progress of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • You acknowledge that, in certain cases, order processing may take up to 24 hours or longer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery typically occurs within 4-8 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • You acknowledge that delivery may experience delays due to external factors such as public holidays, natural disasters, or logistical challenges.
  • In the case of major sale events, product delivery may be delayed due to an increase in order volumes.

Shipments and Delivery Confirmation

  • To ensure secure delivery, we verify all orders through delivery acceptance codes sent via text message during the delivery process. This helps us maintain the integrity of each order.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the dispatch point.
  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen events such as public holidays, political unrest, and natural disasters may cause delays. In these cases, you understand that you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation if the delivery exceeds the estimated time.
