Common questions

What's the lowest karat you'll accept?
9K. Anything containing pure gold has resale value. We've taken back chains, rings, watches, dental gold, electronic salvage gold — all karats from 9K to 24K, in every shape and condition.
How is the rate calculated?
Live 24K market spot rate (Delhi, sourced from goodreturns.in) × your gold's karat purity ÷ 24 × a SafeGold-linked buyback factor of ~97%. Rate refreshes every day at 09:30 IST and the calculator above always shows today's number.
Do you deduct for stones?
No. We weigh and value only the gold content. Diamonds, gemstones, and pearls are removed and returned to you, free of charge. Their weight is excluded before valuation.
What documents do I need?
For transactions over ₹2 lakh, PAN card and Aadhaar are required by law (Income Tax Act, Section 269ST). Below ₹2 lakh, just a government-issued photo ID is enough.
How fast is the payment?
Same day for sell — bank transfer or UPI within an hour of completing valuation. For exchange, the new piece can ship the same day if it's in stock, or to your custom-order timeline.
