Send your jewellery to us whenever you feel it has lost its first light — next year, in thirty, or two hundred years from now. As long as the serial card that ships with your piece stays with it, the promise stays with the piece: professional cleaning and polishing at the Zefire Studio, free, for life — yours, and whoever inherits it.
Every returned piece is verified by its serial against our production records, restored to its original CAD specification — not an approximation — and confirmed by ATOS 3D scanning before it comes home to you.

The serial card that arrives with your piece is its identity — a unique number tied permanently to its alloy report, its 3D scan record and its original design file. Keep it with the piece. Whoever presents it — you, your children, or theirs — is owed the same service you were, at no charge. There is no time limit. There never will be.
