To place an order on Zeflre, visit our website www.zeflre.in and browse through our extensive collection of 14,18, 22, and 24k jewelry.
- Select your desired item and click on "Add to Cart."
- Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping details.
- Complete the payment through our secure payment gateways or choose cash on delivery (COD) for convenience.
You’ll receive an order conflrmation via email or text, followed by updates regarding dispatch and delivery.
What is Zeflre's return and refund policy ?
We offer a 7-day return policy for any damaged, incorrect, or missing items. To be eligible for a return, ensure the jewelry is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Contact us at contactus@zeflre.in or call 011-49032307 to initiate the return process. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 7-8 business days.
Please note that gift cards, coupons, and discounted items are non-returnable and non- refundable.

For COD orders, a flat fee of Rs. 300 applies.
